SCRANTON -- Police think they know who fired shots in Scranton last week.
A warrant is out for the arrest of 18-year-old Jahsiah Laborde, also known as "Siah."
Officers accuse him of firing shots on Quincy Avenue Friday afternoon. No one was hit.
Authorities in Scranton are still searching for Laborde.
