SCRANTON -- Three men were taken into custody after shots were fired in Scranton's hill section.
It's not clear what lead to the gunfire along Quincy Avenue around noon Friday.
Detectives were talking with neighbors and were focusing on a silver car parked on the street. Investigators were planning to execute a search warrant on the vehicle.
There were no reports of any injuries.
