Satellites, stars, and moons | Skywatch 16

In this Skywatch 16, Newswatch 16's John Hickey shows us how to spot the Starlink satellite as well as some other gems in the sky.

PENNSYLVANIA, USA — A Starlink satellite train passes overhead Tuesday night at 8:06 p.m.

It's passing directly overhead, and we have a clear sky. It'll be a great view!

Wednesday and Thursday night, look for the waxing crescent moon passing through the Constellation Scorpius low on the Southwest horizon in the evenings.

The moon will be next to the red supergiant star Antares.

Fall officially begins in the predawn hours of Saturday.
