SULLIVAN COUNTY, Pa. — A phenomenon happened in the sky over Pennsylvania this week, and many of you probably slept right through it.
Photographer Sujay Singh took a time-lapse of the Northern Lights seen in Sullivan County overnight Sunday into Monday.
The sky flared in yellow, green, and pillars of red, peaking around 10 p.m. Sunday.
It's rare for them to be seen this far south, but other people reported seeing them, including Tony Bendele. Check out his photo below.
