With all the talk days before the potential storm, we wondered if folks think it's too much hype or just enough.
It's only Tuesday and PennDOT crews are making room for more salt.
The Stormtracker 16 team said there's a potential for a lot of snow the end of the week and already it has people buzzing about the storm.
Mail carrier Frank Beneski will be ready no matter what comes. He delivers packages in all kinds of weather, good and bad.
"You just got to take your time and go a little slower and compensate for the weather," he said.
Whether we see another blizzard like the one that hit 20 years ago or we get a mediocre amount of snow, some believe the hype machine is on full blast until we're closer to seeing the flakes fly.
"Too much hype most the time. We should be used to this weather in northeastern Pennsylvania by now," added Beneski.
"It's Tuesday, so it's a little early to tell. It's exciting we're going to get our first snow of the season, but I think we're getting a little bit excited a little too early," said Steve Clark of Lake Ariel.
On Facebook, Jane Theobald of Honesdale said "Bring it on!" in response to Tom Clark's forecast.
But when your livelihood depends on getting where you need to go safely, some warnings are never too early.
"It's not too much hype. It's coming. It's coming and it's going to be cold," said Thomas Sawyer who drives a tractor-trailer. "We need to know. We want you all to continue to let us know, so people can get out and get what they need before it comes."
