SCRANTON, Pa. — Parts of our area are under a flash flood warning as strong storms again moved through on Friday.
The downpours in Scranton caused some flash flooding issues in the city.
You can see rushing water buckled part of Pittston Avenue on the city's south side.
About a half-mile away on the same street we found Pittston Avenue flooded near the intersection with Kane Street.
On Meridian Avenue, a vehicle got stuck in knee-deep water.
