PENNSYLVANIA, USA — The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection has declared a code orange air quality action day for Monday.
When the air quality index is in the orange range, it means it is unhealthy for sensitive groups, such as those with breathing problems, the very old, or the very young.
Those groups should limit their time outside.
