PENNSYLVANIA, USA — Snow moving through the area has PennDOT lowering speed limits on interstates and state roads throughout Pennsylvania.
Speed limits are 45 mph along:
Interstate 81- north of the Interstate 80 junction in Luzerne County to the New York state line
