PENNSYLVANIA, USA — The incoming storm is forcing PennDOT to issue some restrictions.
Motorcycles, RV's, and busses are banned from 1-81 north of 380 along with the entire length of Interstate 84.
There are also restrictions in place for empty tractor-trailers on those highways.
Those bans start at 5 o'clock Thursday.
Penndot says they will be lifted when conditions allow.
