PennDOT has closed Interstate 84 east and west from the Interstate 380 split in Lackawanna County to the New York line.
INTERSTATE 380:
Interstate 380 northbound is closed between Exit 20 (Daleville/Moscow) and the Interstate 84 split in Roaring Brook Township, Lackawanna County due to a jackknifed tractor-trailer.

Interstate 81 in Schuylkill County has reduced speed to 45MPH
