PHILADELPHIA — The Philadelphia Phillies and their fans are still waiting to find out who their opponent in the National League Division Series will be, but at least they now know what time they'll be playing Games 1 and 2 at Citizens Bank Park.
Both games will be played at 4:08 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, reports say.
Game 1 will air on FOX43, while Game 2 will be televised on FS1.
The Phillies will face either the Milwaukee Brewers or the New York Mets, who are currently squaring off in the NL Wild Card. The Mets took Game 1 of the three-game series Tuesday night, winning 8-4, and will have a chance to close out the series in Game 2 tonight.
Game 1 of the NLDS will be part of a quadruple-header on Saturday. In the first game, the Cleveland Guardians will host their ALDS series opener against either the Houston Astros or the Detroit Tigers, followed by the Phillies game at 4:08.
Game 1 of the ALDS between the New York Yankees and either the Baltimore Orioles or the Kansas City Royals will follow at 6:38 p.m., while the Los Angeles Dodgers will close things out with the first game of their NDLS against either the San Diego Padres or the Atlanta Braves at 8:38 p.m.
On Sunday, it will be an all-NLDS lineup, with the Phillies playing at 4:08 and the Dodgers at 8:03.
The Royals lead the Orioles 1-0 in the best-of-three AL Wild Card after winning 1-0 on Tuesday. The Tigers defeated the Astros 3-1 to take a 1-0 lead in their AL Wild Card series.
In the other NL Wild Card series, the Padres grabbed Game 1 with a 4-0 victory over the Braves.
