It may not be March, but it's still Madness. The Electric City Madness is a huge AAU basketball tournament involving nearly 200 teams from four states, all converging on Northeast PA over the weekend.
Boys and girls teams from 4th through 11th grade work on their game on 22 courts.
It's an opportunity for high-caliber competition, and for some college scouts to check out some potential stars.
