Ed Christian is approaching the beginning of the 2014 high-school football season with excitement. The East Stroudsburg South Cavaliers left the Mountain Valley Conference at the end of 2013 and moved with five other teams to the new Lehigh Valley Conference.
On Friday night August 29th the Cavaliers open at home with Bethlehem Freedom.
In week 2 they travel to Pocono Mountain East then entertain Stroudsburg at home on September 12th. Bethlehem Catholic is also a new addition to the Cavaliers schedule this season.
