LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — Eileen Miner is so busy this time of year that she has to bring her work out of her home office and onto her dining room table to spread out.
"It's a scramble for air, and it's in getting them the best pricing," said Miner.
This year's Peach Bowl on December 30th will be Miner's 25th trip to watch Penn State at the end of college football season, and she says the same people come back year after year to book with her.
"Love Penn State bowl trips. This is their vacation at the end of the year. They are a lot of fun. No, I mean, you got it when you go out and move in on them, right? I mean, they're they're just a lot of fun," added Miner.
She tells Newswatch 16 there's much more to the trip than just the football game.
"Yes, there is a parade the morning of the game, and it goes right by our hotel on Peachtree Street," explained Miner.
And plenty more to do in the city in between bowl events.
"Atlanta is a great city. Atlanta has the College Football Hall of Fame. The Coca-Cola Museum, it has the oh my gosh, the Civil Rights Museum is supposed to be fabulous there," said Miner.
If you're looking to attend, Miner says this one will be an easy one to navigate, "There's a lot to see in a city that's walking to most of us, so you can walk to mostly everything down there which is which is a plus too."
