HARRISBURG, Pa. — Governor Josh Shapiro honored seventeen women in Harrisburg Thursday.
Women from across Pennsylvania were honored for their service to our country. Several from our area.
Celeste Brucklacher from Lycoming County, Denise Vansickle from Carbon County and Virginia York from Susquehanna County.
Governor Shapiro says, "Too often, the stories of our women veterans go untold."
