DOWNINGTOWN, Pa. — UPDATE: The child was found safe on Thursday, according to state police.

State police in Chester County are still searching for a missing girl.
Troopers say Venessa Gutshall abducted her daughter, Zoe Moss, Tuesday evening near Downington in Chester County.
Officials believe Gutshall is driving a gray Volkswagen Jetta with the license plate KXR-3699.
