FACTORYVILLE, Pa. — Dozens of kindergarteners had a fun and educational day on the campus of Keystone College.
About 50 kids from Forest City Regional explored the campus that spans Lackawanna and Wyoming Counties.
The students visited the conservancy area and stopped by various informational stations to learn about bees and animal hides.
"The kids love coming back here. This is our second year here at Keystone College, and they love it," said kindergarten teacher Kristina Fitzsimmons.
"There's a lot of energy with these guys, and they're just having a great time, and I'm amazed that how many kids at this age have some really good questions," said Kelley Stewart, Director of the Woodlands campus at Keystone College.
The kindergartners also went on a nature walk to learn about the outdoors.
