TUNKHANNOCK, Pa. — Flags are lining Tioga Street in Tunkhannock, getting ready for the arrival of the Vietnam Memorial Wall replica.
The replica, called "The Wall That Heals," is a mobile education center that honors the Americans who served in the Vietnam War and the more than 58,000 who made the ultimate sacrifice.
The wall should arrive in Tunkhannock on Tuesday and be open to the public later this week at the high school football field.
