EATON TOWNSHIP -- State police in Wyoming County say a man pulled off a brazen theft in a Wal-Mart parking lot.
Surveillance video shows the man pull up in a silver Ford Explorer. He then cuts a cable lock on a mini dirt bike and puts the bike in the back of his SUV and drives off.
The theft happened around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
