LAKEVILLE, Pa. — A Wayne County man was dismissed on child sex charges.
Robert Perricone of Lakeville was found not guilty of assaulting a minor, among other related charges such as corruption of minors and criminal use of communication facility.
Perricone was locked up in November of last year.
