WAYNE COUNTY, Pa. — Police say a teenager who lives with autism was found in deplorable conditions in Wayne County.
Investigators say the 15-year-old, who is non-verbal, was found in a dilapidated camper in Lake Ariel with no food or water.
The child's father, Armando Capo, now faces child endangerment charges.
