PLEASANT MOUNT -- There was a huge turnout for an Independence Day tradition Monday in Wayne County.
Thousands came out to watch the 4th of July parade in Pleasant Mount.
There were floats, a marching band, and countless farm tractors.
Arissa Stark of Pleasant Mount said, "It's really fun, I like being out here. I like being part of the parade every year."
"Everyone loves a small town. It's the holiday spirit. 4th of July, being American," said another parade goer.
A dedication for members of the military who were killed in the line of duty followed MOnday's parade in Wayne County.
