HONESDALE, Pa. — It was a festival of music and art in Wayne County on Saturday.
The Honesdale Roots & Rhythm Music and Arts Festival returned this weekend.
The festival in Central Park includes several bands, food, and vendors selling arts and crafts..the event usually draws hundreds of people to Honesdale.
This was the 17th year for the festival in Wayne County.
