WAYNE COUNTY, Pa. — The National Weather Service has now confirmed a second tornado touched down in northeastern Pennsylvania on Monday.
Officials say an EF-1 tornado blew through West Damascus in Wayne County shortly after 6 p.m. Monday with maximum wind speeds up to 90 mph. Meteorologists say the details of the twister are still being finalized.

An EF-1 tornado was also confirmed in Mahanoy City in Schuylkill County. That tornado knocked down trees and caused overnight power outages.
