BERLIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- The county coroner was called to the scene of a deadly farm tractor incident in Wayne County.
It happened after 7 a.m. Thursday on Beach Lake Highway (Route 652) in Berlin Township, near Honesdale.
The deceased has been identified as Brian Hunt-Rutherford.
There is no word what led to the incident.
