Lackawanna County:

- Keystone Mission, Wilkes Barre Innovation Center - 365 Overnight Shelter, 90 East Union Street Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701. Open every day, arrive by 8:00 p.m., and the shelter will remain open until 7:00 a.m.

- Main Link Peer Support Center, Towanda - Extreme Weather Warming Center. 17 Pine Street Towanda, PA 18848. The warming shelter is triggered to be open from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Susquehanna County:
