KELLY TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- An inmate at a federal prison in central Pennsylvania has been charged with murder five years after allegedly beating his cellmate.
Officials believe Lorenzo Scott, 47, assaulted the victim back in 2015 at USP Lewisburg in Union County.
The man was repeatedly struck and stomped on by Scott.
He later died from his injuries.
