UNION COUNTY, Pa. — A man admitted to being under the influence at the time of a deadly crash in Union County.
Police say Benjamin Martin lost control of his vehicle and struck another car head-on last July near Mifflinburg.
Spencer Charles of Montgomery was killed.
Martin pleaded guilty Tuesday to homicide while DUI in Union County.
