UNION COUNTY, Pa. — A man faces child sex abuse charges in Union County.
Investigators say the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children alerted them about files on 21-year-old Rai'joan Carter's computer.
Devices from his home along Stroehecker Farm Lane in East Buffalo Township, near Lewisburg, were confiscated and examined.
Officials say they found multiple child pornography files.
Carter is locked up in Union County.
