PENNSYLVANIA, USA — There's some good news for students attending one of Pennsylvania's state-owned universities.
The state is freezing basic in-state tuition for the second year in a row.
Tuition will remain at about $7,700 for the 2021 academic year at all 14 of Pennsylvania's four-year universities.
In our area, they include Bloomsburg, Lock Haven, Mansfield, and East Stroudsburg.
