Town fair held in Susquehanna County

This year marked 20 years for the Thompson Town Fair.

THOMPSON, Pa. — Saturday was a picture-perfect day to head to the fair in Susquehanna County.

The Thompson Town Fair provided families with activities and entertainment for the day.

There was a little something for everyone, including fair favorites like cotton candy, vendors, and a magic show.

Organizers were thrilled to bring the festivities back to the borough for the 20th year after canceling in 2020 because of the pandemic.

"The people really do look forward to this every year! Even the neighbors are always coming out and saying, 'Hey! Are we going to do this, this year?" said James Delaney, Thompson Town Fair President.

A local animal shelter was also on hand with adoptable dogs at the fair in Susquehanna County.
