SUSQUEHANNA COUNTY, Pa. — A bicyclist struck and killed Sunday in Susquehanna County has been identified by state police.
According to the Gibson barracks, 19-year-old Hannah Shaffer died around 4:30 p.m. in Susquehanna Borough when she was struck by a GMC Sierra.
State police said that she entered East Main Street from Spring Avenue and did not stop at the stop sign. That's when she was hit by the pickup truck.
Shaffer was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation by Trooper Briana Hollenbeck.
