MONROE TOWNSHIP -- Customers stopping by one restaurant in Snyder County had to change their lunch plans when the doors were locked and the place suddenly closed.
Newswatch 16 stopped by the Friendly's at the Susquehanna Valley Mall near Selinsgrove and found a closed sign on the door.
The sign thanked customers for their business, but there was no explanation as to why the restaurant suddenly locked its doors.
Friendly's corporate offices in Massachusetts did not return our calls for comment.
