SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, Pa. — Two former Minersville police officers are accused of depriving someone of their civil rights and making false reports.
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Harry Brown, 43, and Richard Clink, 50, hurt someone they arrested back in February of 2022.
Officials say Brown and Clink then falsified reports about the arrest, including their use of force during the arrest.
If convicted, Brown and Clink could face a maximum of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
