PINE GROVE TOWNSHIP -- Since there is no real snow to make a snowman, someone improvised in Schuylkill County.
Ricky Natale of Pine Grove Township put up a snowman display made out of tires near his home.
He joked that usually when he puts the snowmen out, it starts to snow.
However that has not been the case so far this year.
