ASHLAND, Pa. — A woman faces child endangerment charges in Schuylkill County after children in her care tested positive for drugs.
EMS crews responded to Nikki Rehrig's home in Ashland for reports of a three-year-old struggling to breathe back in June. He was taken to the hospital, where he tested positive for fentanyl and meth.
Two other children from the home, ages six and seven, also tested positive for fentanyl.
Rehrig's court date is set for September 4, 2024.
