SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, Pa. — One person was killed in a crash along Morea Road in Mahanoy Township Thursday afternoon.
The Schuylkill County Communications Center told Newswatch 16 that a tractor trailer and a minivan collided on Morea Road near the I-81 on ramp around 3pm.
Mahanoy City Fire officials confirmed the person killed was in the minivan.
It was not clear if anyone else was injured.
State Police are investigating the cause of this crash.
