BERKS COUNTY, Pa. — A man from Pottsville was killed in a crash in Berks County.
According to troopers, 65-year-old Seamus Loughran was driving along Route 183 in Penn Township near Reading Thursday afternoon when another car crossed into oncoming traffic and hit him head-on. He was killed.
The driver of the other car and a passenger in Loughran's car were taken to the hospital after the crash in Berks County.
