SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, Pa. — A man from Schuylkill County could spend up to 10 years behind bars for possessing child pornography.
Brandon Lusch, 22, from Tamaqua, was sentenced on Friday by judges in both Schuylkill and Carbon Counties. Investigators say Lusch took inappropriate photos of children and had child pornography on his Snapchat.
Lusch pleaded guilty to multiple counts of possessing and manufacturing child pornography, invasion of privacy, and criminal use of a communication facility.
In addition to jail time, Lusch must register as a sex offender.
