WEST MAHANOY TOWNSHIP — Police have arrested the man they believe is responsible for a shooting in Schuylkill County.
Police said Marc Galan, 26 is accused of shooting Jeremiah Ney, 19, in West Mahanoy Township near Shenandoah late Thursday night.
Officials said Ney was found shot in the back along Route 54 after he crawled out the woods.
There is no word on Ney’s condition after he was rushed to the hospital for the gun shot wound.
According to court papers, Galan is locked up on a slew of charges, including attempted murder, in the Schuylkill County prison.
