POTTSVILLE -- A young man in Schuylkill County is facing sexual assault charges after police say he had sex with a 13-year-old girl.
Michael Kilcullen, 19, of Pottsville was charged with statutory sexual assault, indecent assault, corruption of minors, and other charges.
Kilcullen is accused of having sexual contact with the victim in a home in Pottsville over a two-day period in early December.
He is locked up in the Schuylkill County prison on $25,000 bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for January 25.
