POTTSVILLE, Pa. — A Schuylkill County man has pleaded guilty in connection with the death of another man in 2021.
Police found Joseph Fedornak, 27, of Pottsville, dead in the area of Ash Road in Cass Township, near Minersville, in October 2021.
James Fitzpatrick, 51, of Pottsville, pleaded guilty last week to conspiracy to commit third-degree murder. Fitzpatrick will be sentenced at a later date.
Another man, Michael Angelo, is also charged in the case and awaiting trial in Schuylkill County.
