SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, Pa. — The state attorney general says he will not file charges against a Schuylkill County commissioner accused of harassment by two women.
The alleged victims say Republican Commissioner George Halcovage screamed at them and harassed them in 2014 and 2016.
Halcovage denied any wrongdoing but stepped down as Chairman of the Schuylkill County Commissioners back in July.
