ASHLAND — In Schuylkill County, a 20-year-old man is behind bars, charged with indecent assault. It stems from an incident with a 14-year-old girl.
Police arrested Shawn Schlaugh of Ashland on Thursday.
Officers said Schlaugh may face more indecent assault charges for four separate incidents involving young girls.
Schlaugh is locked up on $15,000 bail.
