PIKE COUNTY, Pa. — A man is dead after a crash in Pike County.
Troopers say around 7:45 p.m. Thursday night, John Wyka, 64, of Milford, was driving west on Route 6 in Milford Township when he crossed into the eastbound lane. Wyka then crossed back into the westbound lane, veered into the shoulder, struck an embankment, and flipped his vehicle onto its roof.
Wyka was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials say he was not wearing his seatbelt and was driving under the influence at the time of the crash.
