NORTHUMBERLAND, Pa. — Police swarmed a home just before 11 p.m. Thursday on Duke Street in Northumberland.
Our crews on the scene saw several people escape from a second-floor window.
We do not yet know why police were called to the home or if anyone has been arrested.
