ELYSBURG, Pa. — Scouts in Northumberland County held a flag retirement ceremony today at Knoebels Amusement Resort.
The park near Elysburg invited members of the public to bring any American flag that has reached the end of its life so that Boy Scout Troop 247 can properly dispose of it.
