ELYSBURG, Pa. — Hallo-Fun Weekends at Knoebels Amusement Resort in Northumberland County are coming to an end.
"You know, last year, 2023, it rained 9 of the 12 days, and it was a little humbling. We were pretty blessed this year and the 12 days of Hallo-Fun has been great weather," said Brian Knoebel.
During the last Hallo-Fun weekend of the year, people made sure to take advantage of and enjoy every last bit of the Halloween and fall festivities. Fall and spooky-themed decorations can be found all over the park.
"I really want to see the dance show and we love fall food, and we love pumpkin everything," said one park-goer.
That's exactly why visitors could see at the last Hallo-Fun Weekend.
The fall-themed menu includes items like pumpkin roll smoothies and caramel apple nachos.
"Oh, absolutely. For sure, definitely. That's what we were talking about on the way here," said Destani Amos of Luzerne County.
According to Brian Knoebel, the spooky train ride is a favorite for many thrill seekers.
"We are most excited to the train ride. For sure," said Amos.
But with the Hallo-Fun season ending at Knoebel's, Brian Knoebel says visitors can start gearing up for the Christmas season.
"In addition to the drive-thru lights that we have here at Knoebels that we can. Joy through the Grove Thursday through Sunday, you can drive out to Three Ponds Golf Course where it transforms into Christmas village," said Knoebel.
Joy Through the Grove at Knoebels kicks off next month.
