SHAMOKIN, Pa. — Police say explosives were found inside a vacant home in Northumberland County.
A crew was cleaning out a home along East Chestnut Street in Shamokin Friday morning when they found three hand grenades and two bullets.
A state police bomb squad responded and removed the explosives.
There's no word on how the explosives ended up inside the house in Shamokin.
