ELYSBURG, Pa. — A woman from Northumberland County now faces charges after a deadly crash last year.
That wreck happened in October along Route 487 near Elysburg in Ralpho Township.
Police say Emilee Bland, 20, of Coal Township, hit a guide rail, then swerved into oncoming traffic, hitting another car head-on.
Christopher Sensenig, 13, a passenger in the other car, was killed. He was a student at Selinsgrove Middle School,
Investigators say Bland was driving without a license.
